Come paddle with us...

The Ocean River Paddling Club is designed for people who want to paddle performance kayaks and canoes for fitness and competition. The Club is located below Ocean River Sports in Victoria's Upper Harbour. Paddlers can reach the open waters of the Strait of Juan de Fuca in 15 minutes or choose the calmer waters of the inland Gorge waterway. To find out more about the club, visit the links to the left or contact Ocean River Sports.

General Announcements

Bridges Update

The gang at ORPC would like to thank all the paddlers who came to our Bridges Regatta and Inny/Outty Small boat event. Your participation is what makes this such a great race. As race director, I want to thank my own paddlers for the hard work they put in and to my safety people, Robin Deans, Sean Anderson, Jason Mackenzie, Brian Henry, Kody Williams, Johnathan Deis and Jordan Pilon. We want to especially thank the Oak Bay and Victoria Coast Guard Auxillary for their fabulous support at the small boat event. We all feel better knowing those guys are out there. A special thanks Ocean River Sports (especially the staff who put up with all our silliness) and Union Pacific Cafe.

Results can be found Saturday and Sunday.
